Order and Payment

You agree to pay the full price for all Products you purchase from us. We reserve the right to charge extra charges for handling, shipping, and applicable sales tax.

Shipping

We will ship the Products according to the shipping method you choose. We are not responsible for Products that are lost or damaged in transit.

Returns and Refunds

a. We offer a full refund policy on all our Products. If you are not satisfied with the Product you received, you can return it to us for a full refund under the following conditions:

i. You must return the Product to us within 30 days of the purchase date.

ii. The Product must be shipped back with the remaining product inside.

iii. You need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

b. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

C. We will process your refund Once we receive the returned Product and confirm that it meets the return conditions. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

D. In case of a refund, original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

*Wintergreen oil

Here are some warnings and precautions associated with wintergreen oil:

Avoid During Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should avoid using wintergreen oil, as it can harm the baby.

Not for Children: Wintergreen oil can be especially harmful to children and should be kept out of their reach. Accidental ingestion or improper application can lead to severe poisoning.

Skin Irritation: Undiluted wintergreen oil can cause skin irritation. Always dilute it in carrier oil before applying it topically. Also, perform a patch test to check for any allergic reactions.

Avoid if You Have Certain Health Conditions: People with asthma, bleeding disorders, or those who are allergic to aspirin should avoid using wintergreen oil.
