I suffer from advanced rheumatoid arthrits along with Cushing’s and Raynauds autoimmune disorders. Weather and stress make every day a challenge between my hands, wrists, feet, elbows and knee. Taking chemo & high doses of prendisone since 2/2023 and beside laying in the hot sand nothing has given me the relief that the menthol one has. It has been so nice the last few days not having to use heating pad/ice/hot salt baths/parafin dip/hot tubs in a rotation to just fall asleep. Thank you so much! I am now a lifer!!!

I received your product and opened it… it definitely doesn’t look like the picture. It looks used, not even full to the top. Can I get this replaced please?

I happened to drive a young man in Phoenix to the airport while driving for Lyft, I believe from around the Foothills if my memory serves me correctly. Not sure if you remember me but I'm a African American young man that talks about God and I take care of my mother. I shared with you about her pain. I just want to say thank you and thank God for blessing our paths to cross. Your pain cream has made a huge difference in my mother's life. She's a greeter at Walmart and she's always standing. She tells everyone about your pain cream and I even got all four of my sisters who are USPS Postal Employees. I also use your ointment at work at Banner which is my full-time job. A friend told me about this pain cream as he knew I had bone on bone pain from arthritis in my knee.  I’m not a “herb and balm” kind of guy but he gave me a sample to try.  I must admit that the pain in that knee was completely gone within the first minute after application.  The pain did not return until late the second day.  I don’t understand how that can be so effective, I just know it works for me. Anyone who is experiencing ongoing pain should at least try this.
